The title of this post may seem a little broad, but that is what I am looking for. I want to know what in your day-to-day e-commerce business is a common or recurring problem that you have to overcome.
It is easy when running your business to end up working for your business rather than working on your business. It is easy to end up spending hours of your day doing a task which could be changed or outsourced altogether, but you don’t see it because ‘That’s just the way we do it’
